What data do we process?

Name, email, phone, information about the property and scope of work — data that you provide to us yourself via the form, email or phone.

Why do we process them?

Processing the request, communicating about the renovation, preparing the offer and concluding the contract.

Legal basis Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — processing necessary to respond to a request.

How long do we keep data?

For the duration of the contract negotiation and then for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, if no contract is concluded. For contractual relationships, for the period required by law.

Who has access to the data?

Only REKOWERK team members. We do not pass on data to third parties except as required by law.

Your rights?

Access to data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can exercise your rights by e-mail to info@rekowerk.cz. You have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
