Do you only renovate in Prague?
We operate in Prague and the entire Central Bohemian Region — we have completed projects in Příbram and Týnec nad Sázavou, among others. We always assess the specific location based on the type and scope of the project.
Do you do complete and partial renovations?
Yes. We handle both complete renovations of apartments and houses and partial work — bathrooms, kitchens, floors or selected parts of the interior.
Do you also help with renovation before renting or selling?
Yes. For investment properties we propose solutions that make economic sense and help increase the appeal and value of the property.
Is the consultation non-binding?
Yes. The initial consultation and definition of the scope of work are non-binding. You only pay for the execution.
Do you help with the selection of materials and technical solutions?
Yes. Recommending suitable materials and technical solutions is part of our cooperation from the first meeting.
How long does a renovation usually take?
We'll prepare a more precise schedule after the initial consultation and survey. A standard renovation of a 2+1 panel apartment takes about two months.
