A company built on a team with over 25 years of experience in construction and hundreds of completed renovations. We manage the entire process from survey to turnkey handover — with a focus on budget, deadlines and quality of execution.
The price depends on the scope of work, apartment size and material standard. The indicative price of a complete renovation in Prague ranges between CZK 8,000 – 15,000 per m² (approximately €320 – €600/m²). A partial renovation (e.g. bathroom or kitchen) is cheaper. A complete renovation of a 2+kk (1-bedroom) apartment starts from about CZK 500,000 (around €20,000). After the initial consultation you will receive an exact free quote.
A 2+kk (1-bedroom) apartment typically takes 6–10 weeks. We set the exact schedule before starting and keep you informed throughout.
No. We handle everything — from the design, through the tradespeople, to the final cleaning. You only approve the proposal and take over the finished space.
Yes. We also carry out individual works — bathroom, kitchen, flooring or electrical renovations. We tailor the scope to your needs and budget.
